What types of businesses do you work with?
We work mostly, but not exclusively, with service-based businesses in most industries. Reach out to see if we'd be a good fit for you and your business!
What software do you use?
We work with Quickbooks Online for most accounting needs, but also have experience with Wave Accounting and recommend it for very small and simple business structures. We can integrate most third-party software systems that you already use for your business with Quickbooks Online. We love to use Gusto for payroll, which integrates seamlessly with QBO.
When should I hire a bookkeeper, especially if I'm saving money by doing the bookkeeping myself?
If you own a business, you need a bookkeeper! The reality is that even the most proficient business owners can unintentionally misrepresent their books. You have a lot of other things to think about. We are here to ensure that every transaction is properly categorized and that your books are 100% accurate and ready for tax time - without the stress or the extra cost of your CPA cleaning up messy books.

What if my books are a big mess?
We love clean-up work - it's our specialty! We understand. You've been busy putting your passion into practice and being creative and organizing everything and everyone. It doesn't matter how long it's been or how big of a mess your books are in, we are confident that we can get them straightened out and get you back on the right path with your bookkeeping. The best way to offload the stress of messy books is to let us clean them up and then maintain them from there.
Do you offer tax services?
We do not offer CPA services or file annual tax returns. We can certainly prepare your financial statements for you to view, but we cannot sign off on them as a CPA. We can, however, communicate with your CPA at year-end and make sure any issues are resolved smoothly.
